In this episode we travel to Brussels to meet Carole Ventura, an actress. We then travel to Brazil, where Giuseppe Gerundino, originally from Taranto, now lives. He has been in São Paulo for more than 20 years, where he has opened two cooking schools and organises cooking trips to Italy. Then we meet Andrea Bonisoli, a university lecturer, who lives in Los Angeles. After we travel to Cape Town, where we meet Carlotta Sabbalini, who makes a living selling lasagne and tiramisu. Our next stop is in Sydney, to meet Amedeo Fabbri who works as a butcher. Finally, in Ireland, Antonio Macari runs a restaurant in Churchtown near Dublin.
